The trainer posted a story about "great energy in morning sessions lately" and tagged the location. The gym's Instagram gained 340 followers in 48 hours, which for a 12-machine strip-mall gym is genuinely statistically impossible. Her stepkids are apparently on the swim team now too. Go figure.
